E300 without Shaft
The E300 elevator is also offered without shaft, Elite Elevators can take advantage of an existing 3-sided shaft that is constructed of bricks, steel or reinforced concrete. We can supply and install a E300 lift in a dedicated or existing space, ideal for customers who want to conceal their elevators or forgo the need for a glass elevator shaft. Shaft-less E300 lifts are also compatible with outdoor installations and can be finished with exterior-grade materials to withstand the harsh Australian weather.

As standard, the mechanical components carry a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 certified safety system, making the E300 the safest home lift on the market. Our high safety standards are achieved through the combination of multiple, separate systems. The overspeed governor and brake are separated from the main drive system. And, in the event of a power failure, the E300 will continue to operate from a battery, ensuring customers can reach the ground floor safely. This Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system ensures batteries remain healthy and undamaged, so that they’re always available in case of emergency. The E300 is also compatible with home fire alarm systems that can protect occupants in the event of a fire.

Altura home elevator boasts an extensive list of safety features, however as standard, the mechanical components carry a SIL3 certified safety system making it the highest safety standard on the home lift market. To count on more than one system, the over speed governor and brake is separated from the main drive system. In case of a power failure, H300 will continue to work from a battery, allowing the user to reach the ground floor safely. It is also possible to connect fire alarm systems to the main electronic board in these home lifts. The UPS system ensures that batteries are not damaged and that there is enough power so that you can run the lift in case of power outage. It ensures that the lift is turned off when the power of the batteries reaches a predefined low level.
What is SIL 3
Safety Integrity Level (SIL) certifications are provided based on a certain level of risk-reduction. The different levels of the certification are granted depending on the safety features involved in a system and whether they meet risk-reduction targets. In simple terms, SIL is a measurement of how effective safety systems are at identifying and preventing unsafe conditions.
SIL 3 is the second highest level of certification and is close to the level required by nuclear power plants. We consider this level of safety for a home elevator absolutely mandatory, ensuring our customers, their kids and elderly residents remain safe. Multiple Access Options
Did you ever think entering and exiting a lift from different directions was complicated or even impossible? Not anymore with the TK Access Solutions E300. The E300 can be engineered to suit a range of access options, including frontal, adjacent, lateral and opposing access. No Oil / Lubrication Required
In a conventional elevator it is mandatory to have the lift oiled and lubricated every month, however Elite Elevator’s home lifts have done away with this requirement. Minimizing the difficulty and frequency of servicing is just one of the ways we make our lifts better suited to home and apartment buildings. Since home elevators often see far less use than commercial ones, TK Access Solutions has developed Grease Less Rail (GLR) technology that runs flawlessly and only requires servicing once every 4 months. This makes living with a lift easier than ever, and forgoing the need for lubrication also prevents the accumulation of dust that often leads to squeaky or noisy elevators.
Advanced Error Notification System
Our Advanced Error Notification System (AENS) is an on-board computer that monitors your elevator at all times. The graphical display provides additional information to help users understand the elevator’s error. Not only can this technology identify errors before they become problems, it is smart enough to bring your elevator to a halt in emergencies. Combined with our lubrication-free rails, the AENS minimises maintenance requirements by providing simple and efficient information to service engineers.
Extra Gentle Soft Start and Stop
TK Access Solutions Home Elevators are popular for the SSS (Soft Start and Stop) technology that was introduced in our hydraulic home elevators. The invention behind the EGSSS (Extra Gentle Soft Start and Stop) is a stunning engineering solution whose smoothness is simple to demonstrate. The test we like is to carry a glass of water in the elevator and watch as not even a ripple forms on the surface of the water during the elevator’s operation. Software updates Enabled
You can update your lift as easily as your mobile phone by enabling the latest features and new options with the push of a button. All E300 elevators are equipped with upgradable software. Every time new software is released your lift can be updated, giving you access to the latest features and ensuring your elevator never becomes old or outdated.
Canbus Connection Technology
With the help of CCT (CAN bus Connection Technology) we are able to diagnose your elevator, even from remote locations, without the need for an engineer’s presence at your home. CCT is not just a diagnostic tool, it can also allow us to take preventative measures to ensure your lift is always at its optimal function. In the case of servicing and repairs, CCT greatly reduces system downtime.
What is a Machine Room / Over Head Room?
Conventional elevators have a separate machine room constructed overhead on the top floor of your home. The machine room is designed to store the motors, electrics, electrical components and gearboxes that elevators need to function. TK Access Solutions home elevators have eliminated the need for a bulky and unsightly machine room. Our elevators only require 2,250mm of headroom. That means our solutions are ideal for tight spaces or even for installations where customers want to utilise the overhead space for storage.
What is PIT?
A pit is the depression on the ground floor of a building that sits directly beneath an elevator. The elevator cabin comes to rest in the pit while it is located on the ground floor. Elite Elevators offers a range of options that can be installed with minimum pit depths of between 50mm and 140mm, depending on the model and configuration chosen. This makes our home elevators more compact and easy to install without the need for special foundation requirements.
Single Phase Power
It is mandatory that home elevator is mandatory for home elevators to be operated on standard single-phase power as per the Home Elevator Standards. Three-phase power is not commonly available in residential settings and often confuses elevator control systems, tricking them into thinking they have experienced a power failure. Even using single-phase power, TK Access Solutions elevators consume minimal amounts of electricity for quiet and efficient operation.
